The main thing to remember is to contact your buyer and try to work things out. And when you are the buyer, contact the buyer to alert them to your concerns to clear up any misunderstandings.
This was not done in our case. The buyer did not contact us and just left a negative feedback. The funny thing is the feedback was for something we had no control over. Ah, but that is sometimes the way it goes.
